The Customer Service Agent will work together in a team, initially in a WFH setup, but might transition to an Onsite role, depending on the company's directive. This will be for a food delivery account with a general responsibility of:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Can be considered as long as they have a degree (Master's, Bachelors or Associate's) regardless of the course duration. We just need to secure proof of course completion (Diploma/TOR/Certificate of Graduation)
- At Least 30 Mbps of internet speed
- At least 1-year Customer Service Experience (Can be outside BPO)
- B2 Language Proficiency
