Customer Service Representative - Food Delivery Account [TEMP WFH] [Philippines]


 

The Customer Service Agent will work together in a team, initially in a WFH setup, but might transition to an Onsite role, depending on the company's directive. This will be for a food delivery account with a general responsibility of:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

  • Can be considered as long as they have a degree (Master's, Bachelors or Associate's) regardless of the course duration. We just need to secure proof of course completion (Diploma/TOR/Certificate of Graduation)
  • At Least 30 Mbps of internet speed
  • At least 1-year Customer Service Experience (Can be outside BPO)
  • B2 Language Proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
