Fair Trade Outsourcing™ (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company and fair trade outsourcing center that provides impact sourcing work for companies worldwide.
Our main office is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a global network of delivery centers in the Philippines, Mexico, and Ghana.
In the Philippines, we already have four centers with more than a hundred employees in each site.

The Role:
The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing all FTO financial activities to ensure the company stays in strong financial standing. He or she is primarily responsible for creating income reports, allocating calculated cash to other divisions, and carrying out corporate financial policies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 10 years of managerial experience handling Accounting and Finance, Payroll, and Procurement team
● CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
● In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
● Prior experience in regional finance is an advantage
● Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills
● Outstanding communication with good command in English language both written and spoken and must possess strong interpersonal abilities
● Deep understanding on legal accounting requirements and administration processes in the region
● External vendor management skills and ability to govern processes by metrics
● Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to achieve results
● Must have experience handling complex Accounting software
● Experience handling SAP ERP software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php70,000.00 per month
