Job Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business courses
- Has at least one (1) to three (3) years of work experience in customer service or its equivalent.
- Being able to always maintain a high level of customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Organized and resourceful
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
- Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., laptop, telephone system and printer)
- Reliable, honest, friendly, and patient
- Can start immediately
