We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us who will be responsible for arranging schedules and appointments with clients in a business setting, aiming to secure sales and client satisfaction.
In your role as Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to:
- Call prospective clients by using a list of leads provided to you.
- Familiarize yourself with our products and services.
- Be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker.
- Contact and qualify prospects through cold calls.
- Consistently prioritize and organize cold lead pipelines for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
- Meet our call volume targets by conducting 60+ outbound calls per day.
- Meet Monthly targets.
- Liaise with the sales team to coordinate appointments of potential clients.
- Make detailed notes after contacting each prospect.
- Possess knowledge of CRM systems.
- Have an analytical mindset and go-getter attitude. You are someone who is self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
- Be proactive, organized, responsible and a team player.
Requirements
- Proven 1+ year work experience of cold calling.
- 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
- A bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred.
- You must be available during business hours based on the EST timezone to support our operations in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have excellent command of the English language
- Comfortable working on a scripted call

Salary Structure:
- PHP 20,000 base salary per month
- Home internet allowance PHP 1,600 per month
- Philcare allowance: PHP 1,700 PHP
- Employee savings contribution (8% of base): PHP 1,700
- Total take home pay 25,000 PHP
- On target comissions of 25,000 PHP per month with an uncapped comission structure and opportunities for promotions
