Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations at our store. Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
  • Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Preparing detailed reports and monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality or relevant field.
  • Experience working in a Food & Beverage, restaurant or retail industry, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
