TAX ACCOUNTANT - (US SALES ACCOUNT)


 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • A minimum of 2 years of commercial accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
  • Experience with small business accounting and QuickBooks preferred (but not essential)
  • Experience with eCommerce accounting an advantage
  • Very proficient in MS Excel
  • Good time management skills
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Onsite work at Ortigas Center Pasig City
  • Troubleshoot reconciliation differences between sales channels, accounting software, and State Government websites.
  • Utilise your accounting knowledge and experience to complete the client’s financial review.
  • Handle registrations for sales tax, file sales tax returns, and record sales tax liability for clients.
  • Use complex Excel functions to manage and analyse data, and troubleshoot problems and processes as they arise.
  • Explore and learn new forms of accounting with a view to building strong expertise as an eCommerce accountant.
