Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers through chat with empathy.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain expertise in company products and services.
- Keep clear records of customer interactions.
- Provide feedback for process enhancement.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Customer Service (CSR) is advantageous.
- Available for on-site work.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Must be residing within the Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite is mandatory.
