We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Coordinator to assist with the execution of day-to-day Customer Success, Partner Success, and Operations responsibilities.
About the Company
Sober Carpenter is a microbrewery dedicated to brewing and marketing the highest quality non-alcoholic beer. The brand is available in over 4000 retail locations across 10 Canadian provinces and 37 U.S. states. The position aims to grow the Sober Carpenter brand in Canada, where it is currently distributed (IGA, Metro, Sobey’s, WholeFoods, and others), as well as in the United States (Total Wine, Whole Foods, BevMo!, and others).
What You'll Do
The selected candidate will have a highly diversified role and must be prepared to perform various spontaneous tasks. Some tasks will involve Logistics, Accounting, and Administration. Attention to detail, flexibility, and precision are crucial for the role.
The position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Enter supplier and customer invoices
- Assist in month-end accounting procedures
- Daily tracking of ongoing shipments and report delays or delivery errors to the logistics manager
- Monitor inventories in various warehouses
- Prepare documents for shipments to the United States
- Request quotes from carriers to find the best available rates
- Prepare and ship samples to potential customers and distributors
- Validate transport invoices and enter them into the accounting system
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years working experience in eCommerce Customer Service and/or retail operations.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle unexpected situations
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills (sociability, courtesy, diplomacy, patience)
- Spoken and written bilingualism
- Knowledge of Sage 50 is an asset

Salary: From Php400.00 per hour
