Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers using a chat system or email
- Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
- Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices, and other details to prospective and existing customers
What we need:
- Open to HS (Old Curriculum), SHS, Associate's, Vocational, Bachelor's and Undergraduates with or without any BPO experience
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
