We are a Singapore-based company seeking a skilled QuickBooks Specialist to join our team. Job Description: The QuickBooks Specialist will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of transactions into QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and possess solid accounting knowledge. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple currencies are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and reconcile invoices into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Proactively identify missing invoices and communicate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation.
- Generate profit and loss (P&L) reports on a regular basis to monitor financial performance.
- Work with multiple currencies, including conversions and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide support for financial audits and assist with the preparation of financial statements, as needed.
- Stay updated on QuickBooks features and functionalities to optimize system usage and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial data management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including an understanding of financial principles, chart of accounts, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in working with multiple currencies, including conversions and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of financial data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Singaporean accounting regulations and practices is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
Working Hours & Environment (Same Timezone in Philippine)
- Part-Time (1pm - 5pm)
Salary (PART TIME / FULL TIME)
- 10,000 - 15,000 PHP per month. Depend on experience.
